ABOUT

How I Got Started

Hi, I’m Chasadie Kopacz, the artist behind Ariausii Studios! Art has been a part of my life since I could first hold a pencil. From an early age, I was captivated by drawing, with a love for creating and bringing ideas to life on paper. Horses, in particular, have been a big inspiration in my work—they’ve taught me to look for the finer details, those small touches that bring out the true spirit and personality in every piece.

As I grew, I dove deeper into the arts, broadening my skills to include graphic design, pottery, oil painting, and more. These experiences have given me a rounded approach to art and helped me see new perspectives in my work. I’ve also found joy in collaborating with creative communities, where I’ve had the opportunity to create and manage worlds with others who share my passion for imagination and design.

Through Ariausii Studios, I’m thrilled to continue sharing my journey, bringing unique creations to life, and connecting with others who love the magic of art. Thanks for being here!

Welcome to my Terms & Services page! Here’s where you’ll find the details about working together on commissions, purchasing prints, and how I protect both my clients and my artwork. Please review these guidelines to understand how I handle projects, payment, and delivery.

Privacy Policy

I respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide, like your name, email, or shipping address, will be kept secure and used only for completing your order or project.

1 / Intellectual Property Rights
  • My Ownership: As the artist, I retain all copyright to my artwork. When you purchase a print or commission a piece, you’re buying the artwork itself, but the copyright remains with me. This means you’re welcome to enjoy it, but please don’t reproduce, resell, or use it commercially without my written permission.

  • Your Usage Rights: You’re welcome to display your purchased artwork or share it online with credit, but it should not be used for commercial purposes or altered in any way without my consent.

2 / Commission and Payment Terms
  • Deposits and Payment Structure: I typically require 100% upfront payment before starting commissions under $100, otherwise, a 50% deposit to start a commission, with the remaining balance due upon completion over $100. This secures both of our time and ensures a commitment to the project.

  • Payment Methods: I accept payments through PayPal and Cash App. Please reach out if you have questions about your preferred payment method!

3 / Delivery and Turnaround Times
  • Timeline: I’ll communicate an estimated timeline for each commission based on the project. For prints, I generally ship orders within 2 weeks of payment.

  • Digital Delivery: Digital files will be delivered via email or sta.sh link in a format best suited for the artwork’s purpose (typically at sizes 8.5" x 11" or vise versa with a DPI of 300). If you have specific format requests, just let me know!

4 / Revisions and Approvals
  • Revision Policy: I offer 3 free revisions to make sure you’re thrilled with the final piece. After that, additional changes may require a small fee to account for the extra work. Major changes after the final approval may also incur extra charges.

  • Approval Process: Throughout the project, I’ll share progress updates so you can provide feedback. Once you give final approval, the artwork is considered complete.

5 / Refunds and Cancellations
  • Refund Policy for Commissions: Deposits are typically non-refundable once I start working on the project, as they cover time and resources dedicated to your piece. However, if the project is canceled before work begins, a refund may be possible.

  • Damaged or Lost Prints: If you receive a print that’s damaged or doesn’t arrive, please contact me as soon as possible. I’ll work with you to resolve any issues, whether through a replacement or other solution.

6 / Clients Responsibilities
  • Reference Materials: If you provide reference images or detailed descriptions, please ensure you have the rights to use them. This way, we’re respecting the rights of all artists and creators!

  • Accurate Information: Please make sure your shipping and contact information are accurate, and respond promptly to any messages regarding your project.

7 / Liability Disclaimer
  • Digital and Printing Limitations: Please note that colors may vary slightly between digital displays and printed copies. While I aim for consistency, exact color matching isn’t guaranteed due to screen or printing variations.

  • Third-Party Services: I work with trusted printing and shipping companies, but delays or damages caused by these providers are unfortunately outside my control.
